How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Because each piece is handcrafted to order, please allow 4-6 weeks for production. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer international shipping in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all non-custom items. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-built furniture is final sale.
How should I care for my wooden products?
To maintain the wood's natural beauty, wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately. We recommend reapplying a high-quality furniture wax or mineral oil every 6-12 months to prevent cracking.
